Murderous Cops Get Paid Big Bucks | CopBlock Radio

Published by:

Last night CopBlock Radio started off with some good news! Passengers on a Boston bus decided to take out the cell phones and record video of a law enforcer using excessive force on a woman being arrested for petty theft. Because they decided not only to record, but to intervene peacefully, they were able to calm the crazed law enforcer down and de-escalate the situation. You know–what the cop is supposed to do! He pulled out his gun on the unarmed woman, but the passengers weren’t having it. They repeatedly shouted, “PUT DOWN THE GUN!” until the law enforcer complied. Victory! You too can make a difference. Recording evil is not enough. Good men must also DO something. Speaking up against injustice in the moment is a peaceful way to stop evil while maintaining the moral high ground. Had any of these passengers used force, it would have escalated the situation and likely would have resulted in some injuries, if not deaths.

Police Violence Up, People Violence Down | CopBlock Radio

Published by:

Last night on CopBlock Radio, hosts Derrick J, DEO, and Severin started off the show with a good cop! He was called to a parking lot by a local business owner who complained about some teenagers “loitering.” He explains to them, while taking a relaxed, laid-back “cool guy” lean on his cruiser that he remembers being issued tickets as a young person, and he doesn’t want to be that guy giving young people tickets for stupid stuff like loitering. He asks that they please leave the private property unless they are customers and then takes time for questions. The conversation seems more “I’m on your level making a request” than “I’m your superior, and you will do what I say.” DEO points out that this law enforcer ultimately will use the tickets and the threats and force eventually if pushed, but I am just grateful that he has the decency to at least begin the interaction with a little bit of acknowledgement of the others’ humanity.

NH Supreme Court Upholds Denial of License to Carry Discreetly | Free Talk Live

Published by:

In July 2014, I applied for a License to Carry a Firearm Discreetly. The local police chief claimed that I am not suitable for such a license and denied my application. I appealed to the local court, and the infamous Judge Burke upheld the decision. I then appealed to the NH Supreme Court, and this week I got news that they too upheld the decision.

Last night on Free Talk Live, hosts Ian and Mark shared my recent blog post on the subject. Here is the audio and video of that segment for those who missed it.

Introducing MAC – Mobile Accountability for Cops Tour | CopBlock Radio

Part 1

Part 2

Cop Block RadioLast night on CopBlock Radio, Ademo Freeman and Brian Sumner joined us to share their newest adventure: traveling across the country in MAC (Mobile Accountability for Cops). They will be meeting up with CopBlock chapters in over a dozen states in the next seven months. Follow their adventures at http://CopBlock.org/MAC

Derrick J, DEO, and Severin covered the week’s most important stories of police abuse and accountability featured on CopBlock.org. We started out with a video of two San Francisco cops chatting freely in a Happy Donut shop about how they plan to alter the video captured by their body-cams. Then they laugh about how their victim’s head explodes from their bullets. Ha-ha, right? Good thing one quick-thinking man surreptitiously recorded their disgusting conversation for all to hear.

CopBlocker Wins Settlement, Pepper Sprayed and Assaulted on Camera – CopBlock Radio

Published by:

Last night CopBlock Radio spoke with Adam Rupeka, a CopBlocker who was arrested and pepper sprayed for flipping a cops the bird. Police beat him to gain Adam’s compliance, but he heroically remained calm and peaceful. He sets a good example by recording the interaction with multiple devices, live-streaming, following the golden rule, calmly asserting himself, and refusing to submit to arbitrary demands by badged individuals. Eventually Adam’s charges of “disorderly conduct” and “obstructing government administration” were thrown out, and instead he was awarded a settlement outside of court.

Free Talk SF – Freedom, Empathy, and Independence in San Francisco

Published by:

I am always craving new and delicious media focussed on freedom, and one such creation that scratches my anarchy itch is a new show called Free Talk SF hosted by Steven Zeiler. He sometimes hosts Flaming Freedom. It’s short (usually around 15-20 minutes). It’s original. It’s cheery. A great way to start the day and put your brain to work imagining a more free, empathetic, and independent San Francisco.

Here’s yesterday’s episode to give you a sample.

Am I Being Detained Or Am I Free To Go? WALK AWAY!

Chris Rietmann of Alstead New Hampshire volunteers as an Oath Keeper and stood guard outside of a US Army Recruiting Center as activism. His message was to promote responsible gun ownership and point out the senselessness of gun-free zones. They leave good people defenseless.

On this episode, we also speak with Severin about a DUI checkpoint in Bethlehem, PA. A man buys a full-page ad over a $15 parking ticket. A Michigan mom is arrested and jailed over an unpaid $100 dog license fee. Maggie Hassan, the Governor of New Hampshire, vetoed the Constitutional Carry bill that would have restored my self-defense right to discreet carry. There were also arrests in Liberland!

Silk Road Ross Ulbricht Update Live at Porcfest XII

Published by:

It was an honor to sit beside Lyn Ulbricht during this live interview at PorcFest 12 in New Hampshire. She is inspiring in her devotion to freeing her son Ross from the clutches of the government. Ross is in federal prison for life without parole because he created a website where people can do business over the internet. Like eBay. Only on his website, people sold pot, among other things. He was sentenced more harshly than Charles Manson for crimes involving no victims. His mother continues to appeal the government’s convictions and is seeking support.
