I called into Free Talk Live last night to voice my concerns that the Free State Politburo was doing the wrong thing by attempting to prevent some media from recording Edward Snowden’s speech while allowing others. It is their right, sure, but it is stupid because it ignores the reality that in 2016, you can’t actually prevent someone from recording. Instead of preventing this peaceful behavior by their attendees, they could have encouraged recording, live-streaming, tweeting, and other forms of social engagement in order to capitalize on the event. They blew it.

Regional physical media chain Bull Moose recently opened its doors in the old Video Headquarters location in the Hannaford plaza on West Street in Keene. They carry a wide variety of media including video games, cds, vinyl, DVD, Bluray, and even books! It’s refreshing to see someone trying to keep physical media distribution alive – hopefully it works out for them. Kudos also to Bull Moose for carrying Keene-produced-and-edited documentary Derrick J’s Victimless Crime Spree on DVD!
Of course, you can watch the feature-length documentary produced by Free State Project participants for free in its entirety online, but that doesn’t do you any good if you’re looking for a gift for this holiday season. Victimless Crime Spree makes a great stocking stuffer, and Bull Moose in Keene is selling it for LESS than Amazon! Amazon has it listedfor $7.93 while Bull Moose has it on-the-shelf, brand new, for just $6.97! There’s no cheaper place to purchase the Director’s Cut DVD, which is loaded with hours of bonus footage and even features TWO commentary tracks!
Bull Moose has three copies in stock as of yesterday, so if you’re looking for a perfect last-minute gift, stop in to 401B West St. in the Hannaford plaza. They’re open until midnight tonight and 7pm on Christmas Eve.
If you don’t live in the Keene area, just grab your copy at Amazon where it qualifies for Amazon Prime and Free Super-Saver Shipping!

In past years the media panels at Keenevention have been nuts-and-bolts how-tos on being the media. This year was similarly informative and useful, focusing on monetizing liberty media efforts. Shire Dude headed up an excellent panel of experienced liberty media producers for this year’s Media Panel. Panelists included Derrick J Freeman of Flaming Freedom, Darryl W. Perry of Free Press Publications, and Brett Veinotte of the School Sucks Project. Here’s the full, nearly-90-minute panel:
Big thanks to our 2015 video sponsor – Roberts & Roberts Brokerage – when you’re serious about precious metals – they take bitcoin!

Joe Jarvis, Steven Zeiler, Derrick J, KJ, Leslee, and Alec talk about not talking about trans stuff anymore. A (straight) member of the liberty community raped a girl and should face way worse consequences in a private market for justice. Joe said that under his protection service, a victim would have 24 hours to kill her assailant without consequences. KJ critiques everyone’s websites and everything else they do. Leslee explains why gender dysphoria is legitimate, but Alec says no. Derrick J wants to talk about Jeff Berwick getting pushed around on the Mexican version of Jersey Shore, and everyone laments the lack of gay rappers.
This week I joined the Crypto Show! We discussed the recent “Who is Satoshi” madness coming out of Wired, my movie Victimless Crime Spree, the podcasts CopBlock Radio and Flaming Freedom, as well as gay fathers and cryptocurrencies that aim for parity with gold. It was a fun-filled, musical episode! Get the full skinny here:
‘Cause let’s be honest. You want to.
Steven and I went to eat at one of our favorite restaurants in the famous Haight-Ashbury neighborhood last night, and instead of using a WageCan debit card, credit card, or cash, we used bitcoin! That’s because we helped the owner get set up accepting bitcoin through payment processor BitPay. I used the AirBitz wallet to pay the bill. It was fast and easy. Check out this video of our success!
Free Talk SF has now been rebranded “The Steven Zeiler Show,” and I was lucky enough to be featured in the first episode! In it, Steven introduces his new course teaching others how to make oodles of money by learning how to code with Node.js. Learn from someone who has made software that sold for millions. This is the stuff you won’t learn in books. The REAL nitty gritty of how the code interacts with servers and databases. This video series has it all. Plus! 10 things women over thirty should never wear!
All law enforcers are festering anal sphincters, and this week on CopBlock Radio, Derrick J, DEO, and Severin prove it! We start out this episode by covering the one-year anniversary protest of law enforcers murdering 12-year-old Tamir Rice for playing in the park with a toy gun.
Next, government school employee Mike Frassetto calls in to share the story of Allentown law enforcers assaulting a group of children. The kids recorded the assault, but they were charged with crimes instead of the badged individuals who attacked them with tasers, fists, and kicks to the stomach.
This episode of CopBlock Radio is JAM-PACKED! From beginning to end, we had great callers. Chris the Paranoid Engineer started things off by calling in to warn listeners that the government is creating profiles of you based on how many cops you kill in Grand Theft Auto. Attorney John Gold called in to talk about DEO’s arrest for filming law enforcers in Parma, OH. A law enforcer in Florida showed up drunk to accept an award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving. He was being awarded for issuing more than 100 DUIs and presumably drove himself to the ceremony. Other badged individuals reported that he also skipped days of assigned training and was walking around the hotel with his pants down. What would we do without our noble protectors?
